Please note that any reason for dissatisfaction must be genuine and within reasonable expectations. I believe in fostering a positive and collaborative experience with our clients, and we aim to work closely with you throughout the design process to ensure your complete satisfaction.
If you are not satisfied with the final product, we offer a refund in the same manner as the original payment was received.
The refund amount will be reduced depending on how many days it takes to report the issue. The longer a customer takes to report the issue, the less refund they will receive. It is important for customers to report any issues or problems as soon as possible to ensure they receive the maximum refund amount.
If a refund is requested within 24 hours of order, the full amount will be returned. If it is requested within 48 hours, 70% will be returned. However, if a refund is requested after 48 hours, only 30% will be refunded. This policy applies to all refunds.
Special Note : Once a website has been published, cancellation and refund cannot be processed. It is important to carefully review and approve all design and content before publishing the website. Once published, all the services and work would be considered completed and final.
